How long does it take to get my ring in?

Every ring is made-to-order which can take 4-6 weeks to process and deliver. Custom design orders can take up to 10 weeks depending on rounds of revisions and if you've chosen a 3rd party stone supplier. We do offer an expedited service available upon request and depending on demand. All timelines are subject to change when 3rd party vendors are involved in the creation of your ring (for example if you choose a Forever One or Harro Gem stone). No timelines for any purchase are guaranteed, but we will be communicating with you consistently along the way should there be any delays.

Why do the try on rings cost $10?

There is a $10 deposit for each ring you try on, and you are allowed to try on 5 at a time totaling a $50 deposit. We do this to weed out the non-serious shoppers. You will get a store credit for the $50 deposit which will be applied to your final order, even if it's your significant other who is ultimately checking out. If your SO is checking out, we'll transfer the credit from your account to his/hers.  

How do I shop for my engagement ring with my significant other?

We understand this is a unique purchase, because it is two sided. You're shopping together for a ring that one of you will purchase and propose with. We have a goal to create a shopping experience that maintains the romance and surprise. It's a great idea to shop online, try styles on at home, discuss custom designs with one of our client services representatives to get a good idea of what you like. Once you have made up your mind, we can save the information to your account which can be accessed by the purchaser when the time comes. However, we do have a policy that whoever makes the purchase, is the person who we will finish the purchase with. We have encountered a number of situations where the purchase was handed over to the significant other in the middle of a custom order and the significant others tried to back out of the sale. Because of this, we cannot allow a "hand over" to take place any time after the initial deposit has been made on any sales.  

Can I order a different center stone shape in the setting I like? 

Yes! Most of our products can be made with whatever shape you prefer, free of charge. Please email us at info@rockbarjewelry.com for customizations.

Can I use my own center stone? 

Absolutely! Just let us know which setting style you have in mind and send us your stone. We will safely inspect and measure the stone to custom create the setting so the stone sits nicely within it.

Can I re-create a design I have in mind? 

Yes! We offer custom-design services. We'll communicate via email, phone call, text or Skype (whichever you prefer) to understand the vision you have in mind. Once we have a full understanding of what you'd like to create, we'll first create a sketch of the setting for your review. Once the sketch is approved, we will create a to-scale CAD file rendering for your review. Then, we'll cast the setting and send you a wax setting to try on before we begin production. Once the wax model is approved, the stones will be sourced and the setting will be created. We'll next-day deliver your ring to you when it's ready! This process was created to ensure your ring is exactly what you want it to be. Custom designed rings are not eligible for return and production can take up to 6 weeks depending on rounds of revisions.

Can I return the ring after I order it? 

All regular orders can be returned within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund after inspection. All custom orders are final sale, but if you are unhappy let us know! We will work with you to make sure the ring is exactly as you want it.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it? 

All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after it's been placed. To cancel an order, please email us at info@rockbarjewelry.com. 

Do you offer financing?

Do you source diamonds? 

We do provide diamonds upon request, but we do not source diamonds through the normal diamond trade market. Our diamonds are the safest available diamonds in the world, and are harvested here in the USA. For more info, send us an email at info@myrockbar.com. 

Can I have my ring custom inscribed?
